Lesson 5 - The Rights of Adults with Guardians

Description
"The Rights of Adults with Guardians" presents eight categories of basic human rights and how they are applied.
In this 20-minute self-paced training program, learners review the Massachusetts Law MUPC that sets standards for the work of the Guardian. Athough it uses this state law, the learning applies to adults with guardians across the US. The case stories of Howard and Kate reveal how effective Guardians can meet the needs of two very different individuals while advocating to ensure their legal rights are preserved.
