Join this 1-hour virtual meeting and connect with our community of guardians, conservators, social workers, case managers, attorneys, and folks learning about guardianship. This month, the group will explore the conversations we can have with family and clients to help people plan for the future and the end of life. The "5 Wishes" document will be discussed.
