In honor of the annual Healthcare Decisions Day, The Center for Guardianship Excellence presents a fascinating 1-hour virtual meeting with Dr. Zachary Sager, MD.

Dr. Sager will answer questions about care for terminally ill adults, the impact of advance directive documents, and how to pre-plan for expected and unexpected medical decisions.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of actions you can take to protect yourselves, loved ones, and clients now and in the future.
